About the Position

Self Love LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our PM Sanitation Team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and food-safe production facility. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping equipment and work areas clean.

Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, workstations, floors, walls, drains, and common areas.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment following sanitation procedures.
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
  • Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
  • Complete daily sanitation and deep-cleaning assignments before the end of each shift.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, OSHA, and company safety policies.
  • Report equipment problems, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management.
  • Assist with moving equipment and supplies during sanitation procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Requirements

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.
  • Regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, twisting, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to safely move heavy equipment and sanitation supplies.
  • Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation equipment.
  • Ability to work in cold, wet, and refrigerated production areas when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

Our food manufacturing facility operates seven days a week. Employees receive two days off each week, but scheduled days off will vary based on business needs.
