Food & Beverage Supervisor


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery across all dining and beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue

- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize procurement processes

- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotional events

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction

- Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health and safety standards, and industry trends

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory or lead server/bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hotel setting.
  • Certifications: Valid local Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS, or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic MS Office/Excel skills.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by hotel occupancy.
