Rental Prep Technician

At RECO Equipment Inc., we supply and support some of the industry's leading heavy equipment brands, including Link-Belt, Liebherr, Hitachi, Rokbak, Cummins, and Isuzu. We're looking for a motivated Rental Prep Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Prepare rental equipment for customer delivery and return
- Load and unload equipment and attachments
- Inspect equipment, document condition, and complete electronic inspection reports
- Pressure wash, clean, fuel, and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Organize and maintain the equipment yard and shop
- Assemble and prepare new equipment, including manufacturer inspections and accessory installation
- Assist service technicians with basic tasks as needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for inspections and photos
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
