Recruiting Coordinator

Hanover, PA | Full-Time

L2 Brands is a multi-brand apparel company home to League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Hanover, PA and help us attract and retain great talent across the organization.

About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for L2 Brands. This role partners closely with the production management team and hiring supervisors company wide, and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. In addition to recruiting, this position plays a key part in workforce retention analysis, employee engagement programs, and HR compliance initiatives.

What You Will Do

Recruitment

• Partner with the production management team to recruit for hourly production positions and salary positions
• Ensure all federal and state employment laws, regulations, and standards are met
• Develop staffing strategies and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization
• Identify effective external recruiting sources
• Support programs that help the organization embrace applicants and employees of all backgrounds

Workforce Retention and Assessment

• Collect and analyze workforce retention metrics, including turnover, tenure trends, exit interview feedback, and absenteeism
• Develop clear, data driven reports that highlight risks, strengths, and progress over time
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and onboarding

Employee Programs and Compliance

• Review and respond to employee suggestions each month
• Coordinate Employee of the Month nominations and presentations
• Help plan and execute company events, wellness programs, and facility tours
• Maintain accurate employment records and support annual compliance reporting

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in Human Resources
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite
• Proficient using HRIS and applicant tracking software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
