Mannapov LLC is seeking a Cosmetic Quality Control Supervisor to lead our Cosmetic QC team in a fast-paced electronics refurbishment and distribution environment.

This role is responsible for leading daily Cosmetic QC operations, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining high quality standards, and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

As the Cosmetic QC Supervisor, you will:

Lead the daily operations of the Cosmetic QC department
Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members
Assign work and monitor production to meet daily goals
Perform quality audits on work in progress and completed products
Identify process improvements that increase quality and efficiency
Monitor production reports and inventory using company systems
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain department supplies and equipment
Ensure polishing equipment and machinery are operating properly
Partner with Operations and Inventory leadership to resolve production issues
Maintain compliance with company policies and quality procedures
Conduct performance evaluations and employee coaching
Help build a positive, productive, and accountable team culture

Full-time
Monday-Friday
Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable using warehouse technology including barcode scanners and computers
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements

Cosmetic Quality Control experience
Cell phone repair or electronics refurbishment experience
Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Previous receiving or inventory experience
Previous experience with Mannapov is a plus

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Frequently bend, kneel, and lift
Lift up to 50 pounds
Work in a warehouse environment
Safely operate warehouse equipment and standard office equipment
