Description



The Cocktail Server has the responsibility of prompt and friendly beverage service to guest. Acts as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions and offers complimentary drink to gambling guests. We are hiring at Red Garter and Wendover Nugget in our restaurants!


In this role you will:

• Greet guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions.

• Server and replenishes beverages as requested.

• Continuously checking on patrons and offering complimentary drinks to the patrons that are actively gambling.

• Checks supply and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift

• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles.

• Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.

• Promote positive guest relations.

• Perform related and/or other duties as required

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
  • Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters.
  • Ability to maintain well groomed appearance at all times.
  • Knowledge of the Info Genesis system and drink prices.
