Farm Help – Full-Time, Year-Round

Albin Farms is a family-owned row-crop operation in Newman, Illinois. We've been farming this ground for generations, and we run our operation on the latest ag technology available. We're looking for a Farm Help team member to join us full-time, year-round.

This role covers transporting and unloading grain, operating and maintaining equipment including tractors, wheel loaders, planters, manure spreaders, and tillage equipment. You'll be a key part of keeping our fieldwork on schedule and our operation running efficiently.

What you'll do

• Transport and unload grain

• Operate and maintain tractors, wheel loaders, planters, manure spreaders, and tillage equipment

• Support timely, consistent fieldwork across the season

• Help maintain equipment so it's ready to go when we need it

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with large ag equipment operation and maintenance is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

• Farming background is preferred, not required. If you're new to row-crop work but have a strong equipment or mechanical background, we want to hear from you

• CDL Class A is preferred but not required. We'll support the right candidate in working toward one

• Comfort with farm equipment technology is a plus

• A great attitude is a MUST!

Pay and benefits

Starting at $39,520 +, based on experience. Full-time, year-round position. Additional details on benefits will be shared during the interview process.
