Greener Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate our Mazak Integrex Mill-Turn equipment. Our machinists solve problems, improve processes, and produce high-quality components using advanced CNC technology in a modern, fully climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

· Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex (Mill-Turn) machining centers.

· Develop machining processes directly from engineering drawings.

· Program using Mazatrol and/or G-code.

· Select tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.

· Machine precision components while maintaining tight tolerances.

· Troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixture, and programming issues.

· Improve cycle times, quality, and machine utilization.

· Inspect first-piece parts using precision measuring equipment.

· Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· 5+ years of CNC machining experience.

· Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill-Turn experience strongly preferred.

· Mazatrol programming experience preferred.

· Blueprint and GD&T interpretation.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with precision measuring instruments.
