Description

Zuern Building Products is a family-owned and operated building materials supplier and design company proudly serving southeastern Wisconsin. With 10 locations, we are committed to providing high-quality building materials and exceptional customer service.


We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team at our Allenton location. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple priorities, and is eager to be part of a growing and dynamic company.


Schedule

  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Greet customers and visitors, connecting them with the appropriate team member
  • Monitor receiving and customer gates
  • Communicate with the yard team as needed
  • Balance the daily cash drawer
  • Scan, file, and maintain internal paperwork
  • Assist with store literature and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries
  • Contact customers when products arrive
  • Support the Inside Sales team as needed
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong attendance record
