The Superintendent serves as the on-site construction leader responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of construction activities. This individual will be the boots-on-the-ground leader, driving schedule performance, quality, safety, and productivity across complex industrial and mission-critical construction projects.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving field challenges, and can effectively lead subcontractors and site teams to successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Construction Execution
- 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
- Experience leading field operations on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, energy, or large industrial construction projects.
- Experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and modern construction methodologies.
- Background working for major EPC, general contracting, or industrial construction organizations.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
- Based in Ohio.
- Primarily on-site role with limited remote work.
- Ability to work extended hours as project demands require.
