POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and project coordination and management support to the Project Management department. This position is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, coordinating communication between departments, and assisting with day-to-day project activities to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule, within scope and properly documented.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, due dates and action items.
- Coordinate meeting agendas and lead internal and external meetings.
- Follow up on open action items with internal departments and external customers.
- Provide customer and supplier communication.
- Maintain Project Files and Documentation including issue, change and action item logs.
- Support sales order management & updates
- Coordinate with Purchasing for order tracking and status updates.
- Communicate status updates and escalate issues to customers & Project Manager
- Identifying risks and issues and maintaining the appropriate logs/tracking.
- Consolidate reports for distribution to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate across multiple functions within the business related to project activities
- Support and conduct contract reviews and project kickoff activities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ Years of experience in project management, coordination, administration, purchasing, customer service or operations
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or government contracting environment preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- ERP experience, business analytics / reporting required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAGE 300 experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Microsoft Planner, Forms and Microsoft Approvals
- SharePoint
- Salesforce
- Power Automate
