Description of Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual milling machines, lathes, and other machining tools to produce precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to fabricate components accurately.
- Utilize micrometers and calipers for quality control checks.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
