The Financial Services Manager oversees consulting and analytical work within Panacea’s Financial Services Department. This role is responsible for supervising consultants and analysts who support strategic pricing, price transparency, managed care reimbursement analysis, and financial modeling engagements for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups.
This position requires strong analytical and reimbursement expertise, advanced Excel proficiency, and deep knowledge of federal and state pricing/transparency regulations. Responsibilities include oversight of project delivery, development of defensible pricing models, contract modeling, and ensuring quality and consistency across all work products.

· Lead and mentor consultants and analysts working on price transparency, strategic pricing, and payer contract analysis projects.
· Ensure projects meet Panacea’s quality standards, timelines, and deliverable expectations.
· Provide technical oversight, coaching, and workload balancing within the Financial Services team.
· Serve as a subject-matter expert on CMS pricing rules, managed care methodology, strategic pricing models, and chargemaster logic.
· Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for financial strategy, reimbursement, and revenue optimization.
· Conduct complex financial modeling for reimbursement, contract terms, net revenue projections, price transparency, and cost/charge relationships.
· Load and maintain payer rates in Panacea’s proprietary contract management systems.
· Use benchmarking tools to evaluate pricing competitiveness and develop defensible pricing models.
· Collaborate with clinical consulting, revenue integrity, and sales teams to scope projects and support client solutions.
· Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
· Contribute to enhancement of software tools and development of new products.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
· 5 years of progressive healthcare finance or reimbursement experience.
· Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid and commercial reimbursement methodologies.
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
· Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound professional judgment.
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a deadline-driven environment.
