Position Summary:
Hadco Metals, US Corporate Headquarters in Bensalem, PA is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the HR Manager. We are looking for someone passionate about people, and also a workforce wizard to wear many hats, assisting with payroll, benefits, LOA, recruiting, enforcing policies/procedures, and much more!.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, including knowledge of all benefit options.
- Process background checks and drug screens through current providers for new hires following multi-state legal statutes.
- Verify and maintain I-9 documentation, ensuring compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Create and maintain personnel files for new and existing personnel.
- Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
- Backup for payroll processing.
- Maintain inventory of employee uniforms across the company.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs and policies including but not limited to compensation, benefits, LOA, disciplinary matters, performance, talent management, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Knowledge of various recruiting platforms for job postings and recruitment. Assist with interviewing for open positions throughout the US.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read and write English
Preferred:
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field or 2+ years progressive experience in HR
- Familiarity of employment laws for federal and states including OK, CA, NY and PA
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Paylocity
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
