IGS is currently recruiting a remote Senior Product Manager to support our work with a federal customer.
Assignment of Work and Travel:
This is a remote access assignment. The Candidate will work remotely daily and will remotely access customer systems and therein use approved customer provided communications systems. Travel is not required; however, the candidate may be required to attend onsite client meetings as requested.
The Senior Product Manager will drive product vision, customer engagement, roadmap planning, and outcome-based delivery while partnering with engineering, architecture, security, analytics, governance, and stakeholders. This role requires expertise in continuous discovery and continuous delivery, Agile product management, customer-centered design, and enterprise platform modernization. The resources will manage complex cloud, data, analytics and AI platform products.
Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):
- Develop, maintain, and communicate platform roadmaps, product strategies, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Lead roadmap reviews, product planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and executive stakeholder briefings.
- Translate customer needs into prioritized product investments and actionable delivery plans.
- Lead continuous discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, user research, usability testing, surveys, and data-driven insights.
- Champion human-centered design practices consistent with the customer’s Digital Services Playbook and Design System.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization activities, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and Scrum-of-Scrums.
- Create and maintain product documentation including business cases, product briefs, release notes, onboarding materials, and operational guidance; track risks, dependencies, and escalation items across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Present product updates, roadmap progress, business value, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build strong partnerships across architecture, security, governance, AI/ML, data engineering, and customer enablement teams.
- Align product priorities with evolving business needs and mission objectives.
- Support initiatives focused on cloud analytics, data engineering, data governance, data quality, AI, and machine learning.
- Other duties as assigned
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including enterprise software or platform products.
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous discovery and continuous delivery methodologies.
- Experience leading Agile product teams and managing complex product roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, CI/CD principles, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Experience developing and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based performance metrics.
- Experience conducting customer research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications and Core Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field highly desirable
- Experience working on federal government digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data governance, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data architectures.
- Experience with healthcare, population health, customer experience, or large-scale data modernization programs.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Digital Services Playbook and human-centered design practices.
- Prior experience supporting federal agencies, specifically health IT
- Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment

Compensation: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
