OTR Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans 
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life 
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed 
• Complete timely and accurate documentation 
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes 

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan 
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program 
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills 
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
