DoubleTree by Hilton is looking for Banquet Servers for on and off-site events. Enjoy travel perks while working with a great team. 


Responsibilities:

· Uphold impeccable standards of food, beverage, and guest service excellence.

· Extend a warm welcome and ensure prompt seating for guests.

· Offer informed recommendations on menu items and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.

· Ensure the cleanliness and organization of buffet and break tables during events.

· Efficiently transmit orders to the kitchen team.

· Skillfully transport food trays from the kitchen and manage the return of used chinaware, silverware, and glassware.

· Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, demonstrating attentiveness to their dining progress.

· Maintain table settings and swiftly reset tables for subsequent guests.

· Keep work and storage areas meticulously clean and organized.

· Collaborate in the setup, cleaning, and revitalization of function rooms.

· Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, fostering positive relationships within a diverse team environment.

Requirements

· Education or Experience- No high school diploma required; one-month related hospitality experience and/or training.

· Language Skills- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos. Speak clearly, distinctly and with confidence using appropriate pauses, emphasis and punctuation.

· Mathematical Skills- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure (money, weight, volume, etc.).

· Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations.

· Valid Driver’s License – Must be able to travel to and from function sites. Must have a valid NH driver’s license and a favorable driving record to operate company vehicle.

Salary Description
Hrly (on-site) $3.50/hr or (off-ste) $6/hr + grats
