The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring assigned clients achieve desired business outcomes through strategic, proactive engagement with ZeOmega products and services. This role focuses on building trusted, long-term client relationships, improving client satisfaction, increasing product adoption, supporting retention, and helping clients realize measurable value from ZeOmega solutions.
The CSM serves as the primary business relationship owner and client advocate for assigned accounts. The role requires strong awareness of the healthcare payer industry, comfort discussing care management and population health concepts at a business level, and the ability to connect client goals with ZeOmega capabilities. The CSM is not responsible for implementation delivery, professional services execution, project management, or support resolution ownership, which remain with the appropriate internal teams.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship manager, executive-facing communicator, disciplined CRM user, and business professional who can use modern productivity tools to improve client communications, executive presentations, market research, reporting, and day-to-day operating efficiency.
Experience:
- 8+ years of Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Operations, or related experience.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, health plans, managed care organizations, care management programs, population health solutions, or healthcare technology platforms preferred.
- Ability to understand healthcare business processes, operational challenges, client priorities, and product adoption drivers.
- Experience managing executive and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
