Director of Enrollment Management & Alumni Relations
Description

Working at GISB means being part of a school community where every role actively contributes to the overall experience of our students and families. As a private, mission-driven institution, we place a strong emphasis on academic excellence, community, and relationships, with the goal of creating a school where students and families choose to join us and remain with us throughout their educational journey. We value colleagues who take initiative, collaborate across teams, and engage with the life of the school. This can take many forms, from participating in events and supporting school development to contributing ideas and experiences that strengthen our community.

The Director of Enrollment Management & Alumni Relations serves as a key leader within the administrative team, responsible for the strategic growth and long-term sustainability of the School through enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, retention, alumni engagement, community outreach, and enrollment-focused events.

The Director develops long-term enrollment strategies, analyzes market trends and enrollment data, builds community partnerships, and leads recruitment initiatives while also actively engaging with prospective families, coordinating admissions events, managing outreach activities, and creating exceptional experiences that convert interest into enrollment.

Working closely with the Head of Administration, Head of School, and Director of Communications & Advancement, the Director ensures that enrollment strategies, marketing initiatives, community outreach, and family engagement efforts work together to support sustainable enrollment growth.

The Director supervises the Admissions & International Student Program Manager and leads the School's enrollment operations, recruitment activities, Welcome Team, student and parent ambassador programs, alumni engagement, and community outreach initiatives.
