Position Overview:

The E-commerce coordinator will support site optimization, customer service, merchandising, operations, UAT, and UX strategies across all NCSA e-commerce enabled regions. This role will report to the E-commerce Manager (NCSA) and work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Retail, CRM, Merchandising and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily ecommerce operations to support revenue growth, including site merchandising updates, promotional launches, and on-site optimizations.

• Support omnichannel fulfillment initiatives to drive seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.

· Monitor cancellation rates and shipment timelines, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance.

· Assist with in-store training and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution.

• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, highlighting trends and key insights.

• Manage marketplace operations for Farfetch, including order processing, product uploads, content creation, and coordination with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Support Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, ShopSimon marketplace operations through accurate product and pricing uploads via Cymbio and Mirakl systems.

• Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.

• Support UAT for new features, integrations, and system rollouts across owned eCommerce platforms and third-party marketplaces to ensure functionality, accuracy, and readiness for launch. 

• Partner with the VIP Concierge team to support clienteling initiatives, VIP outreach programs, and personalized customer experiences, helping drive customer engagement, loyalty, and sales.

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across owned eCommerce and marketplace environments to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and optimize the customer experience.

Experience & Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in eCommerce at a      retail brand.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and organized team player, adept      at balancing multiple priorities at once.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment      and can handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, JIRA, Salesforce Commerce      Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, PowerBI and Forter a plus.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and succinct PowerPoints.
  • Comprehensive understanding of luxury clientele and language.
  • Be able to follow instructions and adhere to policies and      procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and      diplomatically address and control challenging situations.
  • Strong communication, verbal and analytical skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork, ability to multi-task, and manage      priorities with ease.
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability.
  • Pro-active, self-starter.
