Description

  

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding top talent. This position partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to meet organizational staffing needs while ensuring positive candidate experience and supporting employee retention initiatives.

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage  full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance. 
  • Develop  and implement effective sourcing strategies. 
  • Screen  resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. 
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership. 
  • Maintain the Paylocity Applicant Tracking System. 
  • Prepare offer requests for approval. 
  • Build  candidate pipelines for current and future openings. 
  • Collaborate  with department leaders to identify hiring needs. 
  • Coordinate  and manage in-house job fairs. 
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and staffing trends. 
  • Develop  30-, 60-, and 90-day new hire follow-up plans. 
  • Support   employee engagement and retention initiatives. 
  • Manage  employee certifications. 
  • Assist with HR administrative duties and serve as backup for the HR Coordinator. 
  • Ensure  compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Sales, or related field.

Experience

  • 1–2  years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. 
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Experience  using Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity preferred). 
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership. 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. 

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions. 
  • Professional relationship-building skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. 

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum  age of 21. 
  • Valid  Georgia driver's license. 
  • Reliable transportation. 
Salary Description
up to $24 an hour depending on experience
