Community Manager – Philadelphia, PA

CRM Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead a residential community in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for the overall financial, operational, leasing, maintenance, and team performance of the property.
As Community Manager, you’ll lead the on-site team, create a positive resident experience, maintain strong property performance, and ensure the community is operated efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate the property team
- Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention
- Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Maintain strong resident relations and excellent customer service
- Monitor maintenance operations, unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor performance
- Conduct property inspections and address operational or safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs
- Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals
- Maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of property management or related management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations
- RealPage OneSite experience preferred
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
