Maintenance Technician – Join the CRM Residential Team!

Love fixing things, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work? CRM Residential is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential community safe, clean, and running smoothly. 

What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance work orders and basic repairs 
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical, and other building maintenance needs 
• Help prepare and clean vacant apartments 
• Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, common areas, and equipment 
• Assist with property and unit inspections 
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call coverage as required 
• Provide professional, respectful service to residents 
• Follow all company and workplace safety procedures  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement 
• Previous commercial or multi-unit residential maintenance experience preferred 
• Specialized skills and/or current license or certification in at least one trade such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fire protection, or mechanical 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and customer-service skills 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, use ladders, and perform the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 55 pounds
