Tenting / Production Asset Manager role:
The Tenting / Production Asset Manager’s key responsibilities are ensuring all tenting, structure, staging, and flooring equipment is accurate, up to date, and meets Bright’s quality standards in order to optimize and exceed customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in standardizing all tenting, structure, staging, and flooring equipment and procedures by innovating/implementing new ideas for optimal business needs. Some functions include tracking, reporting, updating, ordering, and replacing any inventory, ensuring both Sales and Operations teams are aware of availability of product for customer orders. The Tenting / Production Asset Manager must be attentive, accurate, and detailed to ensure seamless transitions from customer orders to installation date.
Primary functions:
- Work with Asset Team to manage, report, and catalog all tenting, structure, staging, and flooring equipment across all regions including transfers, orders, and damages accurately and efficiently.
- Work with the Asset Managers and Coordinators to ensure transfer tickets of tenting equipment are completed accurately and timely.
- Work with Asset Managers, Asset Coordinators and Tent Department Leads to communicate with Sales and Operations teams of tenting availability, troubleshoot any availability discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Conduct meetings with Sales, Assets and Operations teams for accurate planning and optimal usage of any tenting equipment, ensure overbooking is minimal.
- Create standardized processes for R&M of all inbound equipment, material handling, QC, grading (and down grading), as well as removal.
- Ensure quality control of all tenting equipment, making the necessary adjustments to update or correct any inventory pricing, quantity, and quality control.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly cycle counts of all tenting inventory.
- Analyze quarterly and annual reports to forecast future purchasing needs and/or utilization needs.
- Review the Regional Overbooking report with Asset Managers.
- Assist team with of large tenting jobs, ensuring seamless transitions from Sales to Operations.
- Create and innovate new ideas for optimal tenting standardization for all Team Members
- Create and run quarterly reports to update upper management of utilization and opportunities.
- Work closely with Network Asset Manager for identifying and procuring purchases.
- Work closely with Tent, Structure and Floor Team to identify best practice and new products.
- Work closely with Tent Leads at each location to implement best practice and standard procedures.
- Take full ownership of all tenting/flooring products and ensure proper RC codes exist, build out and complete all tent kitting for all type and sizes tents and ensure the on-going maintenance and additions of new codes/kits as required.

Skills and Experience:
- Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management. Tenting, structure, flooring experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer or Technology literate – familiarity with PC operating systems and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom
