Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion

- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is an entry level position, no previous experience required.  This would primarily be around 12-18 hours a week, closing shifts. We are open 11am-9pm, Monday-Saturday.  Closing shift usually begin at 4pm and the team is typically done by 9:30pm.  Ideal candidate would be available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
