Description


  • Lead CEQA compliance strategy development and execution.
  •  Prepare EIRs for large, complex projects.
  •  Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.
  • Manage scopes of work, budgets, and schedules across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of CEQA document preparation experience.
  • Experience developing and executing CEQA compliance strategy on complex or contested projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing project teams and client relationships.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior firm leadership on strategic matters.
  • Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Effective and polished communicator, comfortable in public meetings, hearings, and executive settings.
  • Strong organizational skills.
