We're looking for a dependable and experienced Paint Installer to join our team in completing residential painting projects. You'll play a key role in preparing, painting, and finishing new homes while delivering quality workmanship, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project meets Rally Construction Group's standards.

What You’ll Do 

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, and priming as needed  
• Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment  
• Perform interior and exterior painting according to builder specifications  
• Ensure consistent color, coverage, and finish quality throughout each project  
• Complete touch-ups and corrections as needed before builder walkthroughs  
• Work with supervisors and team members to maintain project schedules  
• Maintain painting equipment, tools, and materials  
• Follow all Rally Construction Group safety and quality standards 

What You Need 

• Previous experience installing residential or commercial paint finishes  
• Experience using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite  
• Ability to work safely on ladders and in various weather conditions when required
