As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of the resort and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Part-Time Opportunities 2 - 4days per week

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Must be able to work the evening shifts at least 2days per week; including weekends.

Position Details

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Assist guests throughout their stay by answering questions and providing exceptional service.
• Handle reservations, guest registrations, check-outs, and room assignments accurately.
• Process cash and credit card transactions while following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status information and guest records.
• Share information about resort amenities, activities, accommodations, dining, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest information and room keys.
