Location: Clovis, NM

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM (Hours may vary based on weather and peak season needs)

What You’ll Do:

  • Mix & Batch: Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals
  • Make It Right: Manufacture products to spec using formulas. you’ll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records.
  • Receive Ingredients: Unload railcars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently.
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Stay Compliant: Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
  • High school level reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude—you’re handy with tools and know your way around equipment.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Educational Requirements: High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
