About the Role

TSI is hiring a Logistics Analyst to provide integrated logistics support (ILS) to Navy diving and life support systems programs at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This role supports the full life cycle of logistics products for fielded Navy systems, including provisioning, maintenance planning, and technical documentation, and serves as a member of the program's logistics integrated product team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver integrated logistics support documentation for assigned Navy systems programs.
  • Manage Tables of Allowance (TOA) and support development of Allowance Parts Lists and Allowance Equipment Lists in support of provisioning requirements.
  • Perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) efforts.
  • Develop, revise, and submit redlines to technical manuals, planned maintenance system documentation, engineering drawings, and training materials.
  • Track Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues and coordinate with original equipment manufacturers on resolution options.
  • Develop and update maintenance plans, demilitarization and disposal plans, and life cycle sustainment plans.
  • Attend and support program reviews, In Progress Reviews, and integrated logistics support management team meetings, drafting presentation materials, meeting minutes, and action items as needed.
  • Support validation of equipment configurations in coordination with program engineering staff.
  • Prepare trip reports and support occasional domestic and international travel to meet program requirements.
  • Provide input to monthly contractor status reports on assigned tasks.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in integrated logistics support.
  • Active SECRET security clearance required.
  • United States citizenship required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience developing logistics documentation and technical reports.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, including occasional travel to remote or overseas locations.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Navy or DoD provisioning processes, Tables of Allowance, or Allowance Parts List and Allowance Equipment List development.
  • Experience with maintenance planning products such as LORA or FMECA.
  • Familiarity with military standard technical documentation requirements, for example MIL STD 31000 or MIL STD 100.
  • Prior experience supporting Navy or DoD program logistics integrated product teams.

 

Salary and Benefits include:


Salary: $83,000 - $95,000
