 Web Developer II 

Position Summary: 


A Web Developer II at Snowbird Agility thrives in an exciting, fast-paced, dynamic environment working for a small business in the federal government contracting sector. This role reinforces operational excellence, agility, and high-quality delivery across client programs. 


The Web Developer II is responsible for providing technical expertise, supporting mission-critical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance Snowbird’s objectives. The role is expected to effectively leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and continually develop the skills needed to apply those technologies within the web solutions we deliver. 

  


Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:


Design and develop user-friendly, accessible web applications. 

  • Implement APIs, front-end logic, and UI enhancements. 
  • Ensure Section 508 compliance and federal accessibility standards. 
  • Debug, test, and optimize web components. 
  • Work closely with UI/UX and software engineering teams. 
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve software development, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery. 
  • Learn and apply emerging AI technologies, including conversational AI and chatbot capabilities, that can enhance the supported websites. 


Secondary Responsibilities


Contribute to Snowbird operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

Support documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication. 

Participate in internal training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing activities. 


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):


 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Security+ active certification 
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience working in a federal contracting environment preferred. 
  • Exposure to Agile development methods/schedules 
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply emerging technologies to software development challenges

Salary Description
$60k - $70k
