Description
The Warehouse Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the flows for warehouse operation. The Warehouse Administrator supports clerical and administration works in warehouse, and some movement of material that to ensure the most urgent stuff is prioritized. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards is essential to succeed in this role.
Requirements
Essential Functions
- Move, inventory and materials to quality inspectors & Sort, organize and store
inventory in designated location. - Package and label correctly & Domestic and International invoicing.
- Perform clerical work in warehouse, including but not limited to: supplier invoice
review, customs clearance, test report preparation etc. - Perform administrative work in warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage locations for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with shipping standards and safety procedures.
- Support QFC Management in the update of KPI’s and other lean initiatives.

Education / Requirement
- High-school diploma preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of studies.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 1 year experience in international and/or domestic shipping.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
