Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM


Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, dependable, and organized Receptionist to join our team. 

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive 

experience for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors. In addition to managing front desk 

operations, the Receptionist will also provide administrative support to various departments and 

assist with daily office functions.


Duties and Responsibilities

  •   Greet and assist employees, contractors, vendors, customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  •   Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
  •   Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area, kitchen, conference rooms and common areas.
  •   Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
  •   Manage and assist with scheduling meetings, conference room reservations, visitor check-ins and meeting setup as needed.
  •   Assist with planning and coordinating office events, meetings and catering for both on-site and off-site functions.
  •   Report facility maintenance issues to the building manager and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  •   Order and maintain kitchen, office and breakroom inventory and supplies.
  •   Support office security and access control by managing employee and contractor office access credentials.
  •   Review and approve invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  •   Maintain detailed logs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  •   Provide general administrative support and assistance to various departments.
  •   Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  •   Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  •   High school diploma or higher education.
  •   Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative support or customer service role preferred.
  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •   Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  •   Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams).
  •   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  •   High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
  •   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  •   Ability to bend, climb, sit, stoop, stand and walk for extended periods.
  •   Ability to lift up to 40lbs
