You will own the day-to-day revenue operations function for LoftyFront — the systems, data, and operating cadence that connect marketing spend and sales activity to measurable revenue.
This is not a reporting-only or CRM-administration role. You will work directly alongside our fractional GTM/RevOps principal and sales lead, learn the architecture being implemented now, take increasing ownership of the operating layer, and continuously improve it as the business scales. The long-term opportunity is to become the internal RevOps leader for LoftyFront, with broader responsibility available based on capability and results.
· 4+ years in revenue, marketing, or sales operations. Critically, you have exposure across the whole go-to-market motion rather than one narrow slice. You understand demand generation, sales execution, CRM architecture, attribution, and reporting as one connected system.
· Direct experience on US go-to-market programs. You have worked with US buyers, US-market revenue teams, and US business hours — whether through a global captive, BPO, offshore team, or US SaaS company.
· Deep hands-on HubSpot experience strongly preferred. We are prioritizing candidates who can contribute quickly in HubSpot across workflows, properties, lifecycle architecture, pipelines, routing, reporting, attribution, and integrations. Exceptional Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot operators may still be considered, but must demonstrate strong architectural thinking and the ability to ramp quickly in HubSpot.
· Comfort in a fast-evolving GTM environment. You will inherit an actively implemented RevOps architecture, a large shared CRM environment, and some technical debt. You should be comfortable diagnosing issues, making careful changes, and improving systems without breaking adjacent teams.
· Analytical fluency. You are highly capable in spreadsheets and comfortable validating funnel math, diagnosing data-quality issues, and challenging a metric when the underlying data does not support it. SQL or BI experience is a plus.
· Written clarity. Much of the work involves definitions, specifications, operating rules, and decisions that other people execute against. Clear writing matters.
· A bias to build. Strategy documents are useful, but working systems are the deliverable. You are comfortable getting hands-on and shipping.

· Email deliverability and compliance depth — authentication, suppression, bulk-sender requirements
· Experience operating HubSpot in a shared or multi-business-unit environment
· Experience with Google Ads measurement and CRM-to-ad-platform conversion feedback
· Experience as an early or first RevOps hire inside a growing business
