Position Summary

The Re-Pipe Dispatcher supports re-pipe operations by coordinating customer communication, permit-related work, and dispatch responsibilities. This role is responsible for staying on top of assigned duties, following up with customers, helping ensure permits are filed on time, and participating in an on-call schedule. Strong communication and follow-through are important for success in this position.

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate dispatch activities for re-pipe work

· Communicate with customers and provide timely callbacks and follow-up

· Pull and file permits required for assigned work

· Track permit-related tasks and help ensure permits are filed on time

· Perform notary duties required by the role

· Participate in the required on-call schedule

· Keep assigned work organized and up to date

· Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

What Success Looks Like

· Customer calls and follow-up are handled promptly

· Permit-related responsibilities are completed on time

· Assigned dispatch duties stay organized and current

· Communication with customers and team members is clear and professional

· On-call responsibilities are handled reliably

Required Qualifications

· Ability to pull and file permits

· Current Florida Notary Public commission

· Ability to participate in an on-call schedule

· Strong communication skills

· Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to assigned responsibilities

· ServiceTitan knowledge or experience
