Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and best practices.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and engagement.

- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security.

- Collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in human resources management, including payroll administration.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

- Organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
