• Proactively assess how culture is shifting as the organization grows and evolves, using employee feedback, engagement data, and retention trends to detect early signs of drift and recommend course corrections.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to ensure people practices and culture evolve in support of company strategy, including through periods of growth, restructuring, seasonal scaling, and leadership change.
• Champion change management for culture-impacting initiatives, helping leaders and employees navigate new processes, tools, and structures without losing sight of what makes Eden Brothers distinct.
• Build manager capability to model and reinforce cultural expectations, equipping frontline and department leaders as the primary culture-carriers within their teams.
• Establish feedback loops and listening mechanisms (surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews) to continuously calibrate culture initiatives against the lived experience of employees.

Why This Role Matters
This position is the operational engine behind the company’s ability to scale successfully. Our people are our most important resource, and creating a culture where people grow and thrive is critical to our short- and long-term success. This role is responsible for ensuring that we have the right people in the right positions to achieve our company-wide objectives.
Culture is not static — it evolves as Eden Brothers grows, and left unmanaged, that evolution happens by accident rather than by design. This role exists to make sure it doesn't: to keep our Courage, Curiosity, and Impact values intact and thriving through every phase of growth, so that the culture that makes Eden Brothers a great place to work today is the same culture that carries us to our 2028 vision.
