What You'll Do as a Parts Counterperson:
- Assist customers with identifying and selecting the appropriate parts, accessories, and products for their needs
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
- Use computer and cataloging systems to identify, locate, and order parts
- Accurately check in, stock, organize, and label incoming parts and inventory
- Maintain accurate and current inventory labeling
- Communicate current promotions, product information, and applicable warranty information to customers
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill parts requests for Service Technicians and repair orders
- Assist with physical inventory counts and general inventory management
- Perform shipping and receiving duties for retail and wholesale orders
- Maintain an organized, clean, and customer-focused parts department
- Work collaboratively with the Service, Sales, and other dealership departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of powersports parts and accessories preferred
- Previous parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts cataloging and dealership systems
- Positive, self-motivated, and dependable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to safely lift, pull, move, and stock small and large inventory items
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
