Description
  • Prepare and perform QA/QC of parcel documents
  • Perform research and investigations
  • Demonstrate skill in both written and spoken communication
  • Develop information and prepare forms necessary to advise clients on parties to join or not to join in condemnation proceedings
  • Perform appraisal and title analysis
  • Negotiate with property owners including offers, final offers, administrative settlement analysis, and facilitating closings
  • Prepare releases, affidavits, and other title curative forms for review by others
  • Schedule eminent domain proceedings
  • Assist in writing proposals
Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Notary Public preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
