Service Technician Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose problems.
• Perform quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and more.
• Provide accurate estimates of time and parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Build and maintain knowledge of products, services, and repair procedures through on-the-job and manufacturer training.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Previous automotive service technician experience required
• Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience required to qualify for the $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Energetic, motivated, and positive attitude
• Passion for automotive service as a career
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Clean and valid driving record
• Kia/Hyundai experience is a plus
• 5+ years of automotive service industry experience preferred
• Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications preferred
• Automotive technical school graduate preferred
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates with a minimum of 3 years of automotive service technician experience. Bonus eligibility is subject to dealership terms and conditions.
