Handle customer calls and provide solutions to their questions and issues related to the service, offering friendly, clear, and efficient assistance.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and resolve their questions.
- Check and provide information about the available balance.
- Provide support when the service experiences an issue while the customer is using it.
- Guide customers on how to use and operate the service.
- Identify the customer’s situation and provide a solution according to established procedures.
- Record information from each call in the system.
- Follow up on or escalate cases that require additional assistance.
- Maintain friendly, empathetic customer service focused on resolving the customer’s needs.
