Summary: Perform general housekeeping, laundry, organization, event support, supply management, and basic facility upkeep while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.
· Change bed linens and make beds as needed.
· Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry.
· Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
· Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
· Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas as needed.
· Restock household and cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
· Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and organizational standards.
· Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving tables and chairs and cleaning and restoring spaces following events and activities.
· Promptly report maintenance concerns, damages, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching.
Reliable transportation needed.
Qualifications: Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read well and understand written documents and instructions in the English language. Ability to write well and clearly in English on all reports and correspondence. Must have excellent ability to professionally communicate effectively with customers, clients, supervisors, and other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems with a variety of variables in standardized situations and apply common sense solutions that comply with organizational policies. Ability to understand and follow through on instructions furnished in either oral, written, or diagram form.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office on a Windows based computer system.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to complete and maintain all required training certifications in accordance with all organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.
Driving Requirements: This position requires the employee to be able to drive for work purposes and he or she must maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. This position may require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle.
