MARKETING MANAGER

Bill Jacobs Motorsport

The Opportunity

Bill Jacobs Motorsport — one of the Midwest's most respected luxury automotive groups — is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Marketing Operations Manager to keep our marketing engine running on all cylinders.

This is a hands-on execution role at the center of everything the marketing function does day to day. You'll take the strategy set by leadership and turn it into action — managing the calendar, coordinating with vendors and dealership teams, keeping digital platforms accurate and compliant, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Current Automotive, and Ambassador Auto Reconditioning.

If you're the kind of person who thrives on organization, follow-through, and getting things done right and on time — and you want to do it inside a growing, well-respected dealer group — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and update dealership websites, SEO pages, social channels, and Google Business Profiles

• Build, proof, and deploy email campaigns through our CRM

• Develop and schedule approved social media content across all brands

• Keep digital content compliant with OEM Corporate Identity standards

• Manage the marketing project tracker and calendar, coordinating deadlines and deliverables across departments and vendors

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing requests from ownership, HR, and dealership management

• Support service retention marketing and video MPI communications

• Support execution of dealership events, community activities, and vehicle launches

• Track vendor deliverables, flag budget variances, and escalate issues that need a decision

• Pull performance data and prepare routine reporting for leadership
