General Job Summary


The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Midwest Loan Services' mortgage subservicing solutions. This role focuses on expanding relationships with credit unions, community banks, mortgage lenders, and other financial institutions through proactive business development and consultative selling. Working closely with senior leadership, the Enterprise Sales Manager manages the sales process from prospecting through contract execution while developing expertise in the mortgage servicing industry. Success is measured by new client acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth.


Summary of Essential Job Functions


Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' servicing needs. 
  • Present Midwest Loan Services' capabilities to prospective clients. 
  • Prepare proposals and assist with contract negotiations. 
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM system. 
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals. 


Relationship Management

  • Develop relationships with executives and decision makers at prospective financial institutions. 
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. 


Sales Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation. 
  • Work with Product and Operations to validate solutions for prospects. 
  • Provide marketplace feedback regarding competitors and emerging opportunities. 

Administrative

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. 
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Other Job Functions

  • Act as liaison between financial institution partners and all internal MLS departments, managers, and staff
  • Continuously review MLS services to determine benefits and market demands
  • Follow all University Bank policies and procedures as applicable
  • All other duties as assigned by Management


Requirements

Education, Training and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or sales highly preferred
  • 5 +marketing and sales of financial services experience highly preferred
  • Experience selling in financial services, mortgage/servicing, fintech, data/analytics, or other regulated industries highly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce highly preferred

  • Expertise in building personal pipeline through outbound channels — not reliant solely on inbound

Working Environment

Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space and/or a private home office or some combination which will be at managements sole discretion. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor allergens. Employee may work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk)
  • Ability to travel on a flexible schedule  
  • Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard)

The salary range for this role takes into consideration a wide range of factors including but not limited to the duties of the role, experience, location, and certificates and/or education. The target salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year (plus incentives).
