Join Our Team at Alluvial - At Alluvial Tax & Planning , tax professionals are trusted advisors, not just tax preparers. At Alluvial Private Wealth, we provide planning & wealth management advice to help clients realize their most important life goals. Our sister firms work closely with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations to provide proactive planning and personalized financial guidance.

Position Overview - Alluvial Private Wealth is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our growing team in a unique, year-round role that brings together tax expertise and financial planning. During tax season, this position will primarily focus on tax preparation and planning, working directly with individuals, families, and business owners across a variety of tax situations.

You'll play an integral role in preparing returns, identifying planning opportunities, and helping clients make thoughtful, proactive tax decisions.

Outside of peak tax season, the role will transition into our wealth management practice, where you'll have the opportunity to apply your tax knowledge within the broader context of a client's financial life. You'll support financial planning initiatives, collaborate with advisors on client strategies, and develop experience across areas of comprehensive wealth management.

This structure is intentionally designed to offer something different from a traditional tax position: year-round employment, benefits, a more balanced seasonal workload, and the opportunity to expand your expertise beyond tax compliance into comprehensive financial planning.

We're looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in tax and is excited by the opportunity to broaden their skill set. Prior wealth management experience is not required. We'll provide the training and support needed to develop that side of your expertise.
