What You'll Do:

  • Partner with departments across the organization to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the employee digital experience.
  • Analyze current business processes, document workflows, and identify inefficiencies or usability challenges that support informed decision-making.
  • Gather and organize business and user requirements through structured discovery sessions to help develop practical digital solutions.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs, including user workflows, governance guardrails, and success measures.
  • Evaluate digital tools, automation platforms, analytics solutions, and emerging technologies to determine their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, documenting findings and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with IT and organizational leaders to assess implementation feasibility and operational readiness.
  • Monitor adoption, usage trends, and success metrics for newly implemented digital solutions and pilot initiatives.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize employee feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and improve user adoption.
  • Prepare reports that communicate implementation progress, workforce impact, adoption trends, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support implementation planning by developing process documentation, user guides, and workflow resources that promote successful adoption.
  • Assist departments during pilot programs and early implementation by providing structured guidance and maintaining organized project documentation.
  • Coordinate pilot initiatives by tracking milestones, documenting lessons learned, and compiling results that support leadership decision-making.
Requirements

 

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital solutions support, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a CPA, accounting, or professional services firm is preferred and will help you succeed in this collaborative, business-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of digital workplace technologies, workflow automation tools, enterprise productivity platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), automation technologies, and evaluating business use cases for emerging technology.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, pilot programs, or organizational change initiatives in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience documenting workflows, gathering business requirements, and supporting technology implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, operations, and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Physical & Practical Details:


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
  • Primarily office-based work requiring regular computer use and interaction with digital systems.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License Required
