About the Role
As a Technical Client Associate, you'll combine organizational, analytical, relationship-building, and technical skills to deliver exceptional service to Altvia's clients. You'll serve as a product expert, working directly with clients to answer questions, deliver training, and resolve issues across multiple support channels.
You will:
- Provide excellent, multi-channel customer support (email, video, phone) with accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring continuous follow-up and clear communication.
- Lead customer training sessions, ensuring clients understand product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, remaining proactive in offering support and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and Sales) to ensure the customer voice is heard throughout the organization.
- Complete a 3-part Certification program, with opportunities for compensation adjustments upon completion.
You have:
- A bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, or equivalent educational background in business and/or technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (GSuite) products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across high-volume correspondence while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong personal ethics and a commitment to honest, trustworthy client relationships.
- A self-starter mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to support clients and improve team efficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Background or interest in financial services, private equity, or alternative investments.
Note: Candidates must be local to the Denver, CO area. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), with onboarding hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT. The role includes rotating shift coverage and participation in a weekly on-call rotation (6:00 PM–6:00 AM MT).

The base compensation for this role is market-competitive, starting at $52,000 annually, DOE.
