Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote role, with the expectation of working remotely on a full-time basis from an approved work location, with occasional in-office presence and travel as required.
As an Account Executive, Private Client Group, you will be responsible for the sales and service of high-net-worth clients with complex insurance programs, primarily supporting accounts averaging less than $3,500 in commissionable revenue. This role manages a book of business that includes an assigned portfolio upon hire and grows the book through new sales, referrals, and retention efforts. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor and family confidant to clients, guiding plan selection, enrollment, renewals, and ongoing support while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will be a personal lines insurance professional with a background in high-net-worth client service and familiarity with carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Berkley One, and Cincinnati. We approach service with a hospitality mindset, anticipating needs, delivering comprehensive and proactive renewal reviews, personalizing experiences, and delivering with the care and attention you’d expect from a five-star concierge.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of clients, including an assigned portfolio and new self-produced business.
- Successfully meet established annual sales and retention goals.
- Drive sales growth through outreach, referrals, rounding, cross-sell efforts, and lead follow-up.
- Consult and educate clients to provide consultative risk management and insurance guidance.
- Manage full client lifecycle, including quoting, proposals, enrollment, changes, renewals, reconciliation, and service.
- Work service needs, i.e., billing, ID cards, escalations, coverage verification, and basic claims help.
- Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-through.
- Track and manage pipeline activity, including quoting, conversions, retention, and revenue goals.
- Deliver a strong client experience through responsive communication and proactive renewals.
- Stay current on product changes, carrier requirements, regulatory changes, and market trends.
- Follow department and agency defined processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Participate in internal training sessions as well as carrier system training.
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity records in agency systems.
- Ensure compliance with agency process.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to strengthen skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, agency systems, and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
- Work effectively with all team members, provide backup support, and contribute to team collaboration.

Desired Skills
- Experience and familiarity with underwriting, marketing, and quoting with specialty insurance Carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, etc.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to simplify and recommend appropriate coverage options for the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.

- Ability to manage high-volume workflows while balancing sales and service priorities.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high net worth personal lines experience.
- College Degree Preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing required.

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this position ranges from $52,000 - $100,000, and this role is eligible for commission tied to new business production. Commission eligibility applies to first-year revenue only and excludes renewal business. Commission plans are subject to change. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The hiring range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, PTO, licensing, and continuing education reimbursement.
