At Hyper, we’re looking for builders who bring energy, creative solutions, and a commitment to excellence. We move quickly, support one another, and believe that limits are for others. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in bringing structure and organization to a fast-moving workplace.

As the face of our office and a trusted partner to company leadership, the Senior Administrative Assistant will balance executive support, office operations, workplace experience, event coordination, and administrative responsibilities that enable our teams to perform at their best.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Hyper’s Co-Founder & CRO and President & COO, helping maximize their effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, scheduling priorities, and executive commitments while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and distribute professional business communications, presentations, correspondence, and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, customers, and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Support special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and executive priorities as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, polished, and professional first impression for employees, visitors, customers, and partners.
  • Maintain an organized and presentation-ready reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common spaces.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, audio/visual setup, and guest accommodations.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, shipping, mail distribution, and package handling.
  • Partner with property management and external vendors to coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and workplace services.
  • Support company events, team meetings, all-hands gatherings, customer visits, employee celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and help foster a collaborative, service-oriented workplace culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workplace efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and ambassador for Hyper’s culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, executive support, or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presence with a natural hospitality and customer-service orientation.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the flexibility to assist wherever needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing complex calendars.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and domestic or international travel.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong business writing, proofreading, and presentation preparation skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • Hyper’s Co-Founder & CRO and President & COO receive organized, responsive, and reliable administrative support that allows them to focus on key business priorities.
  • Calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and executive communications are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Employees, customers, partners, and visitors consistently experience a welcoming and professional workplace.
  • The new facility remains organized, well-supported, and prepared for day-to-day operations, meetings, and company events.
  • Administrative and workplace processes become increasingly efficient as the facility and organization grow.
  • The role becomes a trusted resource for employees and leadership while contributing positively to Hyper’s culture and employee experience.
