Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and any other needs. 
  • Oversee the scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments, ensuring that all scheduling is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct follow-up calls with patients to confirm appointments, check on their status, and address any questions or concerns they may have. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and treatment progress within the patient management system. 
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that patient treatment plans are executed effectively and that any patient-specific requirements are met. 
  • Address and resolve any patient issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. 
  • Ensure that all patient interactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Report weekly metrics on patient interactions, appointment statuses, and any issues to the Practice Manager.
Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical or customer service role is preferred. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and familiar with patient management systems. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and handling appointments.
